I have been practising yoga almost every day (even if it is for 10 minutes) for the past year now and I came to a simple realisation “why didn’t I start it earlier?”. I was always an active person. Triathlon/ spinning/circuit training was my preferred types of exercises. After giving birth to my second baby naturally, I realised that my body needs something that is a bit less demanding. Not as intense as these aerobic and cardio movements so I gave yoga a go and I that was one of the best decision I have ever made not just for my body but for my mind.

I BELIEVE IN MIRACLES
Not a day goes by where I don’t look at Jude and think: “I made that,” an actual walking, talking whole other person - well toddling and babbling at least. I have obviously felt pride before but nothing on this level and as cliched as it is, I am continually astounded by the little person we have made and all the things he can do.
Furoshiki is an art form that stems from tradition, and one that the Western world will do well to adopt in order to see a better planet for future generations. The word derives from traditional practice and refers to the carrying of bundles of clothes or goods. Not only is it quicker than paper or plastic wrapping, it’s far more meaningful and a great way to cut down on your plastic usage.
